  1. With UPS regular delivery service, UPS will make three attempts to deliver your item during regular hours. If, after three attempts, no one is present at the address to sign for the parcel, a notice will be left asking you to pick up your item at the nearest UPS location. You can choose to have your item delivered to you by UPS on a Saturday to ensure someone is home to sign for it. Or, you can have the item delivered via Canada Post Expedited. If no one is home upon delivery, a notice will be left, asking you to pick up the item at your nearest Post Office outlet.
  2. If you are not satisfied with your Fido mobile device, you can return (or exchange) it to where you purchased it, provided the following criteria is met: cancellation is requested within 15 days from the date of activation; the device is in its original condition with all accessories; the device does not have any physical or moisture damage; the device passwords and locks are removed. All charges incurred up to the day you return your device will appear on your bill.
  3. Available to new and existing customers who trade in an eligible device and purchase or upgrade to a new phone with a subscription to eligible mobile services. Value of trade-in device, if any, determined using a third-party tool provided by Brightstar; trade-in value is final and non-negotiable. Visit fido.ca/fidotradequote for eligible devices. Within 30 days of requesting enrollment in a device protection plan, consumers will be notified of their acceptance in the plan. If accepted, protection is effective on the date the enrollment was requested. Fido prepaid not eligible. Device Protection applies only to the device in use on the enrolled mobile number at time of failure. Applicable fees are determined by device in use on your covered wireless number and may be adjusted to applicable rate if a different device is activated on your wireless number. Failures due to defects in material and workmanship during manufacturer’s warranty period are not protected; service requests during the manufacturer’s warranty period must be submitted through the Fido manufacturer warranty support programs. The Device Protection plan is a month-to-month contract that continues until cancelled by you or Fido. Certain failures not protected, including: indirect damages; misuse or intentional acts; pre-existing failures; cosmetic damages that don’t affect function; damage caused by viruses or unauthorized programming.
