How to Submit Documents

Why was my secondary school document rejected?

We require a specific document based on your jurisdiction. If you submit a secondary document that is not the requested one for your country, it may be rejected. Please note if your secondary document is not in English, we require a copy of the translated document as well. Applicants may translate this document themselves if rejected for translation and submit this via Contact Us. Please refer to your correspondence outlining the required document’s rejection for further information.

My secondary school requirement is not in English. What do I do?

You can translate your secondary school document, provide a certified statement of accuracy, and submit this via Contact Us.

I no longer have access to my secondary education requirement. What do I do?

Please contact your secondary school or official examining body and request to obtain your diploma, official transcript, or certificate/test results. Transcripts must be mailed directly from the secondary school. Alternately, if this institution is officially closed, another organization in your country (such as the Ministry of Education has been authorized to store your school records. If you either cannot find this information or find it difficult to find (due to refugee status/war/natural disaster in your country), contact CGFNS Applicant Navigation Services.
